This kind of thing pisses me off to no end. It's amazing what people find funny. It's also amazing what people do when they too much time on their hands, and no real concern for anyone outside of themselves.

I guess I'm mad because I was taken in by a few of these. I feel like someone who believed the Iraq war was a good idea and now have realized that it was a horrible and evil error. I'm also angry because some people may ignore honest plees for help due to this kind of "fun."

It seems there are a few tell-tail signs of these "alerts" being a prank that I completely overlooked. I'll let the story explain it from here.
